OZZY OSBOURNE Articulated ring by CRAZY PIG DESIGNS

From very early on, even as far as my school days
I have always been into BLACK SABBATH.

Over the years I ve seen OZZY in concert with
various line ups and privileged to hang around backstage.
From the riff master TONI IOMMI, to RANDY RHOADS
JAKE E LEE, and  ZAKK WYLDE .
OZZY has always been the simply THE BEST!
I was very honoured to be contacted by Sharon
to create a few custom pieces from OZZ.
Here's one of the cool pieces we made at CRAZY PIG DESIGNS
All in solid 18 carat gold with rubies and diamonds
articulated ring.

Digging through our vast archives of original designs
we discoverd three original MOTORHEAD rings
From Left to right......

Left ring: This was the very first MOTORHEAD I carved for LEMMY
back in the Eighties, Unfortunately LEMMY thought it was too bulky
So I decide to keep it for myself and carve a second version
Shown here in the Centre of the photo
It is slightly smaller but LEMMY , again thought he rather have
a much flatter version with a solid chain so he
could put his hands in his pockets.
Hence the third version shown here on the right.
The first one of these went obviously to LEMMY
Number two was made for PHILTHY and 3 & 4 for WURZEL and CAMPBELL
I have kept number 5 as well asall  the original masters for myself.

This rings show a lot of wear and tear caused by years of everyday wear
Still! OLD SOLDIER NEVER DIES!

SKULL RING designer NEW SKULL RING

Sometime ago a customer came in with a skull ring that
he had been wearing for over 25 years.
He simply loved the ring and from day one, never took it off.
As you can see in this photo ,it eventually broke in two pieces.

He knew it was one of my very earliest designs and came to me
to see if it could be repaired.
Of course I could put it back together but the skull and horns details were too far gone.
But to his dismay. I explained that I still had all my original
master carvings and that in fact I could make him another
brand new one and even add a few more details

Although  this design was discontinued many years ago
I have decided to reintroduce it  and add it to our extended range of skull rings.
So here it is back "From the vault"

SKULL RING DESIGNER 22ND ANNIVERSARY

IT'IS TIME FOR THE RED CARPET 2014 AWARDS!
Yes Folks it was exactly twenty two years ago  today that
CRAZY PIG DESIGNS open it's doors in
LONDON COVENT GARDEN
















When we first open there was a few stores in Short's Gardens
including a record store, a greengrocer,a hairdresser, and a  few clothes shops.
They all popped in at some point or the other
to nose around and see what we were about.
A couple ones even said " we'll give you six months!"
There is always some friendly people around
Well , They are all gone,and we are still here.
Its been 22 great years with many pieces of jewellery created for
a miriade of great customers.
We are  starting our 23rd year with many projects in the pipeline

SKULL RING DESIGNER UPDATE

Being the beginning of the year we though we would be able
to take it a little easier but it is certainly not the case.
We have been busy with many custom pieces made to order
that will be eventually show on this blog when ready.
Other new items and one off pieces will also be available in store only
