As an introduction to CRAZY PIG DESIGNS I thought I might
as well start with the world best known SKULL RING.
I called it the LARGE EVIL SKULL back in the early 80's
I designed it originally for myself but soon I had a lot of enquiries
and the first wearers of the EVIL SKULL included
KEITH RICHARDS, JAMES HETHFIELD, CLIFF BURTON
and followed over the years by many more like
FAITH NO MORE, THE CULT,JOE PERRY,BILLY IDOL
IGGY POP, BILLY GIBBONS,SCOTT WEILAND, SLASH
RICK NIELSEN, ERIC CLAPTON,

Over the years I have made many variations of the original
EVIL SKULL RING
We have three different sizes at present to choose from

as shown on here.
I also made a LIMITED EDITION , KEITH RICHARD SKULL RING
( the first 25 or so went to the ROLLING STONES)  but these are completely SOLD OUT.
There's a LIMITED EDITION ANNIVERSARY EVIL SKULL

The EVIL SKULL RING is actually one item only out of over 1000 designs
to choose from.

The EVIL SKULL is probably the most copied skull ring in the world
but there's only one REAL ONE from the ORIGINAL DESIGNER ( ARMAND SERRA)
made from the ORIGINAL PROTOTYPE and first generation MOULD.

CRAZY PIG DESIGNS and STUSSY

One of the first Limited Edition ring that I made was for the famous brand STUSSY.
They approached  me with some ideas for the design
They wanted a very chunky silver ring
with a roman profile on one side and of
course the logo STUSSY on the opposite site
They wanted the ring to look like an ancient roman ring.

Only 365 were made and the firts 25 were assigned to the ROLLING STONES.

CRAZY PIG DESIGNS logo is known has GOMEZ
Here's a little backgroung of how it came about
While I was working in the mid eighties as a jeweller
in Carnaby street I also indulge in my first passion
of playing lead guitar.The band was called PANAMA
( I wanted to call it CRAZY PIG but no one in the band

liked the name).I designed a logo fpr PANAMA

it was at first a grinning skull with bones but with hands and feet

to give it an amusing twist.The new singer in the band wore a top hat

on stage so we added a top hat to our logo

Finally we added a JACKSON guitar , because I got and

endorsement with Jackson /Charvel guitars.

The band was really a great hard rock band but as always

the manager took most of the money and weended up broke.
As I had been making jewellery for about 10 years
I decided to concentrate on jewellery designing and this is why
the store is named CRAZY PIG DESIGNS
and GOMEZ is the shop mascot
Before you can call yourself  ROCK & ROLL jeweller

you really need to know a thing or two about Rock & roll.

MICKEY ROURKE in the movie SPUN wearing our EYE RINGS and PENDANTS

Over the years we had the pleasure to make jewellery
for some of the most notorious bad boys of Rock
But here's a few shots from the movie SPUN
featuring the best of the bad boys in the film industry.
We sent two eyes rings and one eye pendant
to him in the US , and we were please to see that he
 decided to wear all of them for the movie "SPUN"
He also has been wearing on occasion our
classic Evil skull ring

Here's the first new design of 2011
it s called Large LOUVRES FEATHER

While visiting the LOUVRES museum in PARIS

I took various photos of statues with wings

and I was  really amazed by the details and how

each feather was completely different from the next.

I decided to carve a large three dimentional  single feather pendant following

one of the pictures I had taken and I will soon be making two more

in smaller sizes.

This new item is not available online yet , but will be added soon,
In the meantime you still can purchase in store or call customer service

There is a truly great DVD titled

This was broadcast on television in early December
Many celebrities have participated to the
documentary, SLASH, PAUL RODGERS, LEMMY
and many more
It was great to see SLASH wearing our SOLID SKULLwith
BALL CHAIN (code number 703 on our online store)
SCOTT WEILAND and MATT SORUM have
also been regulars at CRAZY PIG for quite some times...

We at CRAZY PIG DESIGNS are  starting a fresh new year with loads of new plans. ideas ,
 and already working on great new designs.

We will reopen on the 4TH of JANUARY after a well deserved break.

Our Online store was not interupted between the 24th of December and now ,

so we will start shipping orders again later on this week.

Our latest design; The Large  LOUVRES FEATHER was finished two
days before Christmas and were SOLD OUT by the 24t th of DECEMBER

It s a really beautiful SILVER feather pendant, and I am planning to make two more

very soon in different sizes .
